We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your package.

• Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or damaged product).

• Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are damaged or worn.

• Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
